If you want to plan a production or tour directly, you will be redirected via the quick start (which opens when you create a new job) directly to the page for planning subjobs or shifts.
Go to the short-record at the top right. Enter the individual days or shifts of your production as event titles, do not forget to adjust the date and time, and select how many employees you need per category.
Now switch to the overview at the top right. To fill the personnel requirements with specific employees, click on Add employees at the top right. You can request, set someone on available or book directly employees by drag & drop. When searching for the right employees, filters can be used. In addition to employees, freelancers, subcontractors and vehicles, you can also filter by categories, certificates, languages, departments, names, radius, skill level and more.
To avoid dragging every employee individually into the categories when you have many employees and subjobs, switch to the "Personnel plan" view at the top right. Here, at the top left under "new employees", you can decide whether to request, to set on available or book them directly, or mark them as unavailable, so that you can distribute them to the various subjobs with just a few clicks. If you are missing personnel in this view, click on "Request employees" at the top right and drag the missing employees as usual via drag & drop onto the corresponding categories.
With the checkbox on the left "only future jobs", all jobs that are already in the past can be hidden.
Note: Subcontractors are displayed here as often as they were requested for the job. However, be careful with the names of subcontractor employees - the assignment is purely text-based, so two persons with the same name will be recognized as one person.
