The short-record function is used to quickly record subjobs plus their need for employees. This way, you can quickly create an overview of the upcoming subjobs and how much staff is required. To do this, go to the main job and click on the "Subjobs" icon, then click on "Short-record" at the top right. A form will open where you can name the subjobs or shifts and assign them dates and times. Further to the left, you can specify the billing factor, the job type (highlighted in color if colors have been assigned for it in the administration), the type (e.g. Workday, Travelday, Offday), the number of employees needed per category, and the number of vehicles required. For even faster processing, you can navigate within the categories using the arrow keys.
