Employees who are requested for jobs typically have the option to accept or decline—this is especially common with freelancers.
To request someone, drag and drop them onto the “Requested” category.
To actually notify the person, you must then send a request email or push notification via the email icon in the top right corner.
Tip: You don’t need to send out emails individually.
Wait until all planned employees have been added to “Requested”, then send all requests in one go.

Their reply will be automatically reflected in the system.
You can edit the assignment categories (the boxes you dragged employees into) at any time by clicking the green pencil icon.
This opens a dialog allowing you to:
Example: Initial rough planning is done by one dispatcher, and fine-tuned later by another.
You can request more employees than originally defined in the categories.
If someone becomes unavailable, click the red “x” to remove them from the list.
The system automatically notifies them via email or push notification that they’ve been removed from the job request.
To show removed or unavailable employees again, activate the corresponding checkbox at the top of the view.
CrewBrain allows you to schedule subcontractors, vehicles, and rooms in the same way as employees or freelancers.
Note for rooms:
By default, only rooms that belong to the location set in the job are shown.
If no location is selected, all rooms from all locations are displayed.
