Drag employees to ‘available’ if you have previously spoken or called them and you know from the employees that they would be available for this job. The employees are not yet firmly booked. You have not yet decided whether this employee should really do the job. Therefore, you do not have to send an email to the employee at first, because you have already communicated with them. In a further step, you then decide whether to book this employee firmly or not.
If an employee enters themselves for a job or, for example, a freelancer answers their request with "Yes", they are also in the status "entered".
The categories to which you drag the employees can be edited afterwards via the green pencil. A tab opens where you can divide the categories within a job and add comments. This is useful, for example, if only rough planning is done initially and the schedulers want to work out the rough planning in more detail later.
You can enter more employees than previously specified in the categories. With the red "x" at the end of the row, employees can be removed from the list again. To display the deleted or unavailable employees again, check the corresponding box above.
Subcontractors, vehicles, and rooms can also be entered, analogous to employees or freelancers. For rooms, it should be noted that by default only the rooms of the location selected in the job are displayed. If no location is stored in the job, all available rooms of all locations are displayed.
