Automatic projection of personnel deployments is only possible in the new request dialog. All users who have already worked with CrewBrain before January 2021 must activate the new request dialog under My Account > Settings > Use new request dialog.
In the request dialog, depending on the type of statement, the following is displayed behind the employee to be selected:
For employees with time recording, the target working time is displayed. This makes it immediately clear if the respective employee, for example, only works part-time and cannot be scheduled for the entire day.
For employees who are billed according to hours or flat rates (statement), the amount already earned for the respective month is displayed when you hover your mouse over “ Statement.” If a monthly limit has been defined for the employee under Base data > respective employee > Statement and time recording > Maximum amount, it is displayed here.
In both cases, when you hover the mouse over the display, it is projected how many hours the employee has already worked this month and what the current flexitime account balance is(time recording) or how much they have already earned this month (statement). In general, the projection is displayed in three colors so that you can see at a glance whether or not you can schedule the relevant employee for the job:
Green: no limit is set or there is still enough “room” until the limit or target working time is reached.
Orange: if more than two-thirds of the limit or target working time has been used.
Red: if the limit or target working time has been exceeded.
If a limit is set and this limit is reached, the employee in question can no longer be booked for further jobs. If you still want to book the employee, you must remove the maximum amount under Base Data > relevant employee > statement & time recording.
The percentage at which the colors switch to orange or red can also be set under Administration > Time recording > General.
