Here, all employees get a quick overview of their upcoming jobs. As an administrator, you can view the jobs of all employees and subcontractors and, if necessary, print them as a list for the employees. When you hover the mouse pointer over one of the jobs, its information is displayed on the right. Clicking on a job opens its full dialog. Depending on your access rights, you can edit the job this way. Click on the printer icon to print a tabular view of all jobs as a PDF or download the data in CSV or XLSX format. The date of the displayed jobs can also be set manually at the top right.
In this view, you can specifically display only your jobs. This gives you, as an employee, a more precise overview and faster access to your jobs. For example, if you are registered as a driver for a job, this will already be displayed here.
Thus, searching for jobs via the calendar is not necessary. Depending on your user group and the associated access rights, you can also view jobs of your employees. To do so, select the respective employee in the left menu.
Besides listing your jobs, you can also view further details about an event/job by hovering the mouse pointer over the job. A job preview will then appear on the right edge of the view. Click on one of the jobs to open the full job dialog.
Control which jobs should be displayed by setting filters. You can distinguish here between booked, requested, cancelled, or rejected jobs. It is also possible to display only the jobs where you yourself are assigned as scheduler or project manager.
Under "All types," you can filter the job or project types. However, this only works for jobs where you are registered as scheduler or project manager. For this, the checkboxes for "Scheduler" and/or "Project Manager" must be set above.
Under "Configure My Jobs," you can select which information should be displayed directly in the job list.
Additionally, you can sort the displayed jobs by event, request, and booking date.
Here you can check which information the displayed jobs should contain in the short info. This allows you to tailor this view precisely to your preferences.
