The CrewBrain Smartphone App can be downloaded from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple). When opening the app for the first time, a one-time login with the existing CrewBrain username and password is required.
Step 1: Open the CrewBrain App and tap the time clock icon in the middle.
Step 2: Record start time by pressing the green "In" button.
The working time now runs and the green button is replaced by a yellow "Pause" button and a red "Out" button.
Step 1: Open the CrewBrain App and tap the time clock icon in the middle.
Step 2: Record start of pause by pressing the yellow "Pause" button. The pause time now runs.
Step 3: Record end of pause by pressing the green "In" button. The working time continues.
Step 1: Open the CrewBrain App and tap the time clock icon in the middle.
Step 2: Record end time by pressing the red "Out" button.
The current working time is now ended.
Step 1: Open the CrewBrain App and tap the time clock icon in the middle.
Step 2: At the top right, tap the + symbol to manually enter start and end times as well as pause times.
Step 3: Enter working time - select the category "Working time" and, if applicable, the project/job to which the time should be booked. Then you can enter the start and end time of the working time in the lower area. Save the entered times by tapping the disk icon at the top right.
Step 4: Enter pause time - select the category "Pause" and, if applicable, the project/job to which the time should be booked. Then you can enter the start and end time of the pause in the lower area. Save the entered times by tapping the disk icon at the top right.
Step 1: Open the CrewBrain App and tap the time clock icon in the middle.
The current records are displayed in the lower area.
Step 2: Use the pencil icon to access the time you want to change.
Step 3: In the "Edit Time" screen, you can now see the recorded entry. You can now change or delete the displayed values.
Step 4: In the upper area, you can make changes regarding the assignment (working time/pause time, job). In the lower area, you can adjust the date as well as the start/end time. Save the entered times by tapping the disk icon at the top right.
Step 4: Delete the recorded time by tapping the trash can icon below.
Step 1: Open the CrewBrain App and open the respective job via the dashboard or calendar, to which the times should be booked. Under the menu item "Job Working hours", the project manager can record times for the booked personnel.
This is the manual entry of working times. The project manager can enter times for individual persons booked in the job or enter times for all. Editing (pencil icon) and deleting (trash can icon) times is also possible in this view.
Here the project manager can start the time clock for individual persons or for all persons booked in the job. The start time can be adjusted if necessary. Similarly, the pause or the end of work can be recorded.
Step 1: Open the time clock via the stopwatch icon in the left menu, in the lower area.
Step 2: If you are entered for a job on the respective day, it will be displayed to you. Otherwise, select the job/project/task or independent times. Then click the green "In" button.
Step 3: The recording of working time runs. If you want to take a break, simply click the yellow "Pause" button. The recording of working time is now paused. To record the end of the break or the renewed start of work, please click the green "In" button.
Step 4: To clock out at the end of the working day, please click the red "Out" button.
Step 1: Open your own time recording via the clock icon.
Step 2: Add an entry via the plus symbol "Add entry" in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Click on working hours. In the opened mask, you can now select the date for which you want to add a time. Now you can select the job/project/task to which the time should be recorded. Click on the desired start time in the respective row. Now you can adjust the duration.
Step 4: Save the newly entered time at the bottom right via "Change time".
Step 1: Open your own time recording via the clock icon.
Step 2: Add an entry via the plus symbol "Add entry" in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Add independent time. In the opened mask, you can now enter the time category (e.g. working time or pause), as well as the date and time of start and end of the time.
Step 4: Save the newly entered time at the bottom right via "Save".
Step 1: Open your own time recording via the clock icon.
Step 2: Click on the time you want to change. The project/job/task for which this time was recorded will now open. If it is an independent time, the view of all independent times opens.
Step 3: Change the times in the respective view.
Step 4: Save your changes.
Step 1: Open the job in which you want to start the time clock for one or more people.
Step 2: Switch to the “Working hours” tab in the job by clicking on the clock icon in the top menu bar. You will now see the list view. Click on “Time clocks” in the top right-hand corner to switch to the time clock view.
Step 3: Now select the people you want to clock in by clicking on them. You can also select several people and clock them in at the same time. Click on “ In” to start time recording for the selected people. These are now shown in the “Present” row.
Step 4: If you now want to record the break time for one or more people, please select these people by clicking on them again and then select “Break.” The people who are currently on break will now be listed again in the “Absent” row. To end the break time or record the start of work again, select the person and click on “ In” .
Step 5: To end the recording of working time via the time clock, please select the relevant persons and click on “ Out” . The recording of working time is now ended. Time recording - manually in jobs
Step 1: Open the job in which you want to manually enter time recording for one or more people.
Step 2: Switch to the “Working hours” tab in the job by clicking on the clock icon in the top menu bar. You will now see the list view. If you are booked in the job yourself, you will first see the working hours for yourself. Select the relevant employee using the top tab.
Step 3: Enter the working hours for the employee under “Actual times” at the bottom.
Step 4: To enter a break, fill in another row under “Actual times” and set the time category (first tab in the row) to ‘Break’ instead of “Working time.” To ensure that the break is calculated correctly, create three rows. First, the row with the working hours up to the break, then a row with the break, and then the remaining working time in a third row.
Step 5: If the working time entered is to apply to all or several employees, click on “Use times for selected employees” at the bottom and select the relevant employees there.

Step 2: By tapping the yellow "Pause" button, the start of pause time is recorded.
Step 3: To record the end of the pause or resumption of work, please hold the RFID chip again to the RFID reader.
Step 4: By tapping the green "In" button, the renewed start of working time is recorded.
Step 1: Hold RFID chip to the RFID reader. The user is recognized and sees the mask to record start of working time.
Step 2: By tapping the red "Out" button, the end of working time is recorded.
Step 1: Enter your personnel number and PIN. The user is recognized and sees the mask to record start of working time.

Step 1: Enter your personnel number and PIN. The user is recognized and sees the mask to record a "Pause" or end of working time "Out".
Step 2: By tapping the yellow "Pause" button, the start of pause time is recorded.
