The tender email helps to efficiently fill missing positions (categories) in jobs or even jobs where no staff has been assigned yet, without having to add employees individually to the job.
Watch our video short here.
To do this, click on the email icon (contact employees) at the top right of the job and select "Send tender email".
If you want to send a tender email to all employees, freelancers, or subcontractors shown on the right, simply click "select all" at the bottom right. Alternatively, you can click individual employees so that they appear on the left in the recipient list. You can also filter again within the recipient list itself. Using the buttons on the right-hand side of the recipient list, you can select those who have “already been requested” (red envelope), those who are already working on a job at the same time (red exclamation mark), or those who still have to observe rest periods (yellow exclamation mark). Individual employees can be deleted using the corresponding “X.”w
Tip: If you send the tender from the respective project or main job, employees will receive only one email or push notification, in which all subjobs are collectively tendered.
You end a tender by checking the box "Job planning finished" at the bottom of the job. Then no employee can apply anymore.
Depending on whether you receive an email or push notification (My Account > Notifications), you will be notified about the tender accordingly and can register accordingly. If an employee has been requested for multiple categories, he can decide here for which category he wants to register. The employee then appears as "available" in the job. The scheduler then decides which employee he books permanently for the job and sends him a booking email. Employees who were not selected can be removed from the job again via the red X. They will then receive a notification that the "request has been withdrawn".
