The overview provides a chart where you can get an overview of your projects and jobs over the years. Click on ‘< Today >’ to get an overview of the individual years. Alternatively, you can display individual months or quarters.
If you click on projects or the individual types of jobs or on types above, you will get a chart of the selected item in the annual overview. Here, too, you can switch between years by clicking on ‘< Today >’.
Clicking on clients will show you pie charts in an annual overview for which clients you have worked - based on projects and jobs.
Staff costs can also be displayed separately in chart form and in the annual overview.
Via the sidebar you have several options for setting filters. You can filter by clients and types, as well as by many other details under ‘Filter calendar’. With each filter, you get the corresponding chart.
Go to "Save filter" to create favorite filters.
Here you see an overview of all projects with the period and the working hours spent. The working hours relate to the project itself and the associated jobs. This way, you can precisely track how many working hours have been spent on a specific project within a certain period.
You can display the overview as a monthly, quarterly, or total overview.
Depending on your selection, you will receive a list of employees, freelancers, and subcontractors by request, booking, etc. This list can be displayed in the annual, monthly, or quarterly overview and downloaded in CSV or XLSX format.
Here, too, it is possible to set filters.
Here you get a list of vehicles by jobs or kilometers and jobs by kilometers. This list can again be displayed in the annual, monthly, or quarterly overview. Accordingly, you see the number of kilometers at the top as well as the costs incurred according to the mileage allowance. These data can also be downloaded in CSV or XLSX format.
Setting filters is also possible.
Here you will find evaluations of the locations, cities, and postal codes relevant in a period.
Here the working hours of employees and freelancers as well as the flexitime balance of employees are shown in the annual, monthly, or quarterly overview. Here, too, the data can be downloaded in CSV or XLSX format and filters can be set.
Depending on your selection, jobs are listed according to staff costs or employee wages by category, which can be displayed in the annual, monthly, or quarterly overview. They can also be listed by client. In all views, both target and actual times are output.
In addition, you can display a list of client prices or employee wages by category. This gives you a precise list of prices or wages for each individual category. The client prices are specified by the clients, while the employee wages result from the wages stored in the base data.
Here, too, filters can be set and all data can be downloaded in CSV or XLSX format.
Here you see an overview of all jobs and projects with their incurred costs – personnel and travel expenses. Thus, the retail prices can be evaluated across all jobs. The overview is available as a total or monthly overview. As usual, filters can be set and all data can be downloaded in CSV or XLSX format.
