By clicking on the risk assessment icon in a job, you can also add safety briefings there. In the form that now opens, the safety briefings can be documented with a time period as well as, if applicable, with remarks about the content. In addition, the relevant employees can be selected and notified of the briefing via push notification. It is also possible, for example, to create a briefing for personnel from the subjobs from a main job.
Since every employee who participates in a briefing must document this with a signature, this process has also been digitized in CrewBrain. Each selected employee can provide the signature either on their own smartphone or on the smartphone or tablet of the person conducting the briefing.
The corresponding signature list can then be found in the job under the risk assessment icon in the respective safety briefing.
