The print options are only available after you have saved a newly created job.
To get a clear overview of which employees are assigned, requested, or booked for which shift or subjob, you can print a personnel plan. Please proceed as follows:
- Create a job (or open an existing job and proceed as described from step 4).
- Add employees to it.
- Save.
- Open the job again. You will now see the printer icon (Print view PDF) at the top right. Select "Personnel plan" there.
- Select, by ticking the checkboxes, which information the personnel plan should include.
- Click on "Print" to get a preview that can then be printed. The different colors indicate the status of the employees (entered/requested/booked).
