The MouseClick synchronization allows data from the MouseClick software to be transferred. This primarily concerns orders, which are created in CrewBrain as jobs or projects.
The synchronization setup is done under Administration > MouseClick. Three fields are initially relevant here:
https://mc-crm.de or https://mc-crm4.de. Since we need the so-called service URL here, /service/EventmanService.asmx must be appended. So, in total, this field should contain, for example, https://mc-crm.de/service/EventmanService.asmx.After entering these fields, the synchronization can be tested by clicking on "Test API connection".
Once the API connection has been successfully tested, further settings can be made.
First, an individual field CrewBrainCategory must be created in MouseClick for all order positions (base data). For each position, the CrewBrain category (e.g., bar assistant, service, cook, ...) that should be automatically transferred by the synchronization must be stored there. These categories must be created beforehand in CrewBrain under staff > Categories.
In CrewBrain, various settings can be made to customize the synchronization according to your preferences.
CrewBrain can synchronize different types of MouseClick orders. Select the desired types so that the transfer occurs during synchronization.
Orders from MouseClick can be transferred either as jobs or projects. Depending on the chosen option, you will have one level (subjobs for jobs) or two levels (jobs and subjobs for projects) available for further planning.
You can choose whether the job title should simply be taken from the subject of the order or from an individual field created in MouseClick.
For the job type, you can also choose whether it should be set via the MouseClick calendar resources, an individual field CrewBrainJobtype, or not set at all.
The synchronization with MouseClick can automatically create subjobs (= shifts). These can be based either on the respective date or start time of an order position stored in MouseClick or on their categories.
By default, CrewBrain takes over the staffing needs from the order positions. Various settings can also be made here.
Rooms can also be transferred. Please note that in this case, rooms with identical names to the calendar resources in MouseClick must be created manually in CrewBrain.
There are various fields from MouseClick that can optionally be transferred to CrewBrain. For this, select a target in CrewBrain from the dropdown field. In addition to the job description, it is also possible to write the data into additional data fields in CrewBrain.
Reports from MouseClick can be automatically transferred to the CrewBrain jobs. These are then automatically retrieved from MouseClick as soon as a user clicks on them.
