Clients do not have access to CrewBrain. However, you can store their contact details here.
To do this, click on “New client” or, if you are already in the client list, on the plus sign at the top right. A separate window will open.
Enter all client information in the predefined fields here. Additional data fields can be created under Administration > Clients > Additional data.
If your client also uses CrewBrain and has set up a subcontractor account for you, you can establish a direct link to your CrewBrain account here. This way, all requests and bookings are automatically synchronized between the systems.
Click on add further contact person to specify the contact person(s) you are in contact with.
Upload here all documents that are relevant in relation to the client.
If the task management module is used, it is possible to create tasks for the respective client. This allows, for example, assigning an employee the task of sending a contract to the client.
Here you can create individual retail and purchase price lists for the client, which can later be used for calculation or for creating an invoice insert.
